Between Then And Now – AGroup Exhibition on Time, Body and Memory

Join us in person for a specially curated inspiring group exhibition by fifteen MA and PhD students at the prestigious Royal College of Art.

Event and Exhibition curated by Alex In Artyland.

This exhibition is centred on the theme of time, conceived as a series of temporal domains, inviting visitors to navigate between the slippery linkage of memories, narratives, and lived experiences. Bringing together works in painting, sculpture, video, and performance, the exhibition aims to explore how time is seen, felt, and remembered, rather than measured or fixed.

Our artists engage with memory, body, identity, culture, patience, and slowness. Many works emphasize subtle gestures, everyday repetition, and material transformation, encouraging viewers to slow down and focus on the delicate shifts in texture, duration, and atmosphere. Rather than presenting time as linear, the exhibition curates a layered and entangled view on temporality, where personal histories intersect with collective narratives.

Through this temporal dialogue, the exhibition reflects on
how moments persist, overlap, and shape both individual and group
    consciousness.

    Opening
    Evening: Thursday, March 5th, 2026; 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Venue: OmniDe, 96 Belsize Lane, London, NW3 5BE

Artist Peta Jacobs’ solo exhibition ‘Materialising Quantum Light’ at OmniDe

  • Alex In Arty Land Exhibitions and Events at OmniDe

Grand Opening Proudly presents “Materialising Quantum Light” by artist Peta Jacobs

Peta Jacobs is a Bristol-based artist whose practice has its roots in her BA and MA textile studies at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA). She used ‘textile logic’ as a framework for thinking about and expressing the complexities arising from an investigation of light for her mixed-media PhD, Making Quantum Questions Material: ‘Soft’ Textile Thinking for the ‘Hard’ Questions Arising from an Investigation of Light (2023).

Through art, she investigates an experience of light from scientific positions—both its classical attributes (reflection and refraction) and its properties at the quantum level, a strange and paradoxical, non-local realm. Inspired by the theories of quantum physicist, David Bohm, Peta repeatedly examines simultaneous wave/particle duality, the entangled relationship of subject and object, hidden orders of wholeness and the edges of becoming.

SOLO EXHIBITION “The Colours of ECHO – Radha Binod Sharma“ at OmniDe

  • Radha Binod’s upcoming
solo art exhibition “The Colours of Echo” curated by IMA Foundation
    at Omnide ++

    presents “THE COLOURS OF ECHO”

OMNIDE is proud to present Radha Binod solo exhibition in the UK entitled THE COLOURS OF ECHO“.
His art works are centred on portraying the radiant energetic field within women and in nature through deploying his signature style which is to unveil the inner layers of existence, through the uninhibited use of colour. His ability to illuminate objects and people with ethereal light, and layered detail makes for mesmeric works of art which combine boldness with fragility, vibrancy with haziness, drawing the eye into a world illuminated with the inherent beauty and power of nature. His connection to feminine aspects and nature is an important bond that he believes nurtures, transforms and creates a better world for us all through heightened sensibility, dynamic flow, and genuine self-expression.

As Radha Binod states “within each work I am trying to compose the power of nature in the human body through depicting inner relaxed state, open expression, total surrender, and deep wisdom which is also mirrored in nature”

Radha Binod Sharma is a London based artist who was born in Kamalpur, Tripura, India in 1964. His mother was a well-known Indian classical Manipuri dancer and she cultivated his interest in art from an early age. He studied painting at the prestigious Kala-Bhavana, Viswa Bharoti University,Santiniketan 1989 and went on to do a masters in creative painting in the Faculty of Fine Arts, M S University, Baroda 1991. In that same year, he gained the Kanoria Studio Fellowship and in 1992 he was awarded the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant, Canada. In 1994, he achieved two awards-the Charles Wallace Trust Grant, London, and the prestigious Delfina Studio year-long residency which brought him to London where he settled.
